o Generic Wines - Most often than not, generic wines are non-existent in European countries. But, for other countries all around the world, generic wines can be found and are abundant. These sorts of wines aren't really the real thing, and are just generic. For instance, generic wines named champagne are not actually champagne, that is because actual champagne can only be made in the champagne region of France.
